When can it be shipped?

Depending on the selected country and service (express, standard), the carrier responsible for delivering your order will be one of those on this list: UPS, DHL, FEDEX, IT Post( Italy only), Hermes( British only), Lapost ( France only), Yuntu Global Express.

Note: we do not send to post office boxes.

During sale periods please allow an extra 7 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Timeline

Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and is non-refundable.

Deliveries outside of the US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Germany may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Lucery does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

International Duties, Taxes, and VAT

Duties, Taxes and VAT are not included in the total at checkout. Duties, Taxes and VAT are determined by the destination country where applicable. Duties, Taxes and VAT are based on the value of the order for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any Duties, Taxes and VAT is the responsibility of the recipient. International shipping cost incurred at check out is non-refundable. International orders may arrive via UPS or DHL.

How can I track my order?

All orders have a tracking number. Contracting these couriers and quoting your tracking number will enable you to monitor the delivery progress of your parcel. Please note for international orders - you will need to track your parcel via your country's postal service by quoting the same tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

All shipped orders cannot be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service and we'll do as much as we can.

You can also manually cancel your orders on your user profile page. If you don't see a “Cancel button", it is very likely that your order has already been dispatched.
